Wear it
Delivered free across Riga, usually same day or next day. Wear it for your full window.
Order before 14:00 and most pieces reach you the same afternoon. Spilled something? Accidental damage is covered — do not try to clean it yourself. Need longer? Extend from your orders page before the window closes and you just pay the daily rate.
Return or keep
Drop it at any partner locker in Riga. Deposit back in three working days — or buy it out.
Return within 24 hours of your window ending, uncleaned — we handle that. Want to keep it? Everything you have paid in rental comes off the buy-out price, down to a floor of 30%. The Satin Slip Gown buys out at €149; after a €72 rental you would owe €77.

Kloudy operates in Riga today. We are not live anywhere else yet, and we would rather say so than take an order we cannot deliver.
Riga
Free delivery and return across the city and inner suburbs. Order before 14:00 for same-day delivery on most pieces, and drop returns at any partner locker.
Rest of Latvia
Courier delivery outside Riga is not available yet. Add your email in your profile and we will tell you when your city opens.
Estonia & Lithuania
Tallinn and Vilnius are on the roadmap, not in service. Nothing ships there today.
Rental terms, in plain language
Every product page lists the cut, the material, the model's height and the size they are wearing, plus key measurements where we have them. Sizes shown in grey are currently out on rental and cannot be booked.
If the fit is wrong, message us within 24 hours of delivery. We will swap it for another size if one is free, or refund the rental in full. Your deposit is released either way.
Included in the daily rate. Do not wash or dry clean the piece yourself — return it as you wore it. Every item is professionally cleaned and inspected between rentals, and the date of its last inspection is listed on the product page.
Small accidents are covered: makeup marks, drink spills, a popped seam, a lost button. You pay nothing and your deposit is returned in full.
Not covered: burns, tears longer than 3 cm, missing items, permanent staining and alterations. In those cases we deduct the repair cost from your deposit, or charge the buy-out price if the piece cannot be saved. We always send photos and a written cost before charging anything.
Each piece has a refundable deposit, shown on its product page and itemised in your basket before you pay. It is taken at checkout alongside the rental and refunded to the same card within three working days of the piece passing inspection.
Deposits range from €15 on a tee to €50 on a gown, and roughly track the buy-out value.
There is a 24-hour grace period after your window ends. After that we charge the normal daily rate for each extra day, taken from your deposit. If a piece is more than 14 days late we treat it as a buy-out and charge the full buy-out price.
Running late? Extend your rental from your orders page before the window closes and you will just pay the daily rate — no late fee.
Cancel more than 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund of both the rental and the deposit. Inside 48 hours we refund the deposit and half the rental. Once a piece has been dispatched the rental is non-refundable, but the deposit is still returned once it comes back.
Every piece has a buy-out price, listed on its product page. Whatever you have already paid in rental comes off that price, down to a floor of 30% of the buy-out value.
A worked example. The Satin Slip Gown has a buy-out price of €149. You rent it for four days at €18 a day, so you pay €72 in rental. If you decide to keep it, you pay the remaining €77 — €149 minus €72 — and your €50 deposit is released as normal. Total spent: €149, the same as buying it outright, with four days to decide.
